I am getting ready to purchase Izzy's wooden enclosure and am stuck on the size. I am leaning towards a 44x24x20 but was also thinking about a 48x20x16. I can't decide, any opinions on the sizes? Thanks :)

Izzy's new light arrived yesterday and I switched lights right away, switched from the reptiglo.. I've noticed after the light has been on a while I can see what looks like waves of light through the tube.. Has anyone ever noticed this before and is it normal for them to do?

I got Izzy's order today and he gobbled like 20 up just like that.. He loves them :D I think I have found Iz's new main food source, much easier than the crickets.. He's 11" and I'm guessing 4-5 months? Idk on the age.. I just love him so much

So on the nutrition list on this site I see redworms which from what i jnderstand are the same as red wigglers listed as a safe food but now I am reading different things.. I am wondering if this is for sure a safe food for beardies? Last thing I want to do is feed him something not safe for him :(

Izzy has been scratching the area he sleeps in after his lights go out then crashing for the night.. Anyone know what he may need or want? Or is it just a beardie thing?

I brought Izzy home on 4/21/13.. Took these pics this morning, my baby is growing.. Measured a couple days ago at 9", don't recall the the date but he was at 8.5" a few weeks ago..

So when I dust Izzy's crickets and put them in to feed him, the powder gets on his tile floor, he scratches/digs at the powder as he eats it.. It's so cute to watch.. I'm assuming this is pretty normal behavior, if it is not please let me know.. I think I'm still kinda noided I'm going to do...

Izzy puffed his/her beard today.. It was so neat to see, I couldn't tell at first but then realized what Iz was doing.. To cute! Wish I could've gotten a pic..

I ended up using the command Velcro, was going to try the hooks again but went with Velcro, that stuff is pretty strong.. I figured out what I did different, I used the 18" Zilla light fixture and not the under the counter fixture (which is a bit heavier), switched to the under the counter...

Iz crashed in the plants again, he's either in them or under them, lol

So I followed directions on point on how to use the command 3m hooks and even let them settle more than the hour needed, hubby called me at work and told me the light fell! Now I used the clear ones and not the white ones, wonder if that was the issue? Wouldn't think so, but who knows...
