I take them out whenever I'm home and it's warm enough. It was scary to them at first, but now they love it. Most of the time they bask, but then have energetic moments running along the wall and exploring. One did climb over the fence and got next door, but they were both out for 3 hours today...

Starting a Dubia Roach colony is a good bit of advice. Not only will it save you loads in the long run, your beardies will get great food.

Yes, that's where I've taken temp from. There's a gap of about 2" between basking rock and side of viv, so basking area is same distance from lamp as probe. Thermometer says 98.6, but just checked surface of rock with an infrared, and that says 113. I'm fairly sure it's same temp as when both...
