    Mounting bulbs inside the tank

I did read this post, but I'm still kind of confused (yes, I'm dumb  ). I don't know if I want to make a hood like that or not. Is it necessary/extremely beneficial to do so? Or could I just affix the UVB light to the wall of the tank somehow?

    Mounting bulbs inside the tank

Okay, so please bear with me because I'm pretty dumb when it comes to "handy" things. Would somebody be willing to explain to me (in simple terms) the easiest and cheapest way to mount a UV and basking bulb inside a 40g breeder tank? I have a 24" UVB light, no basking bulb yet but I plan on...

Do you have any pics of the...

Introduction (for me and my beardie)

Oh, also: I have a few more large stone slabs that aren't in the tank yet. Once I remove the sand I'm going to stack them in a way that gives him a place to hide under the basking spot -- though he has never really used a hide.

Introduction (for me and my beardie)

Thanks for the replies! So last night, something exciting happened: my little dragon got an unexpected tank upgrade. A coworker offered to trade me this awesome custom tank that he no longer wanted for Caesar's little glass one. He seems pretty thrilled with his new digs. :D And he has a...
