cmh3988, looks like we are neighbors, I am in Blue Springs. I took a chance and bought some wax worms......she LOVED them, she is actually starting to get a belly!!

I think it bothers me more than it bothers her. She will rub it until it bleeds!! I clean her up and in a couple days she does it all over again :banghead: I took her to the vet and he said she was perfectly healthy, just very young.....as for the nose rub, heaven only knows!

Got an A+ at the vet today, he was shocked at how young and tiny she was. He said she is eating good for her size and her fecal was negative. Pink gums, alert....she was gaping at him :laughing6: It was so cute, she was a little angry with him! I am just so happy that she is doing well...

Sorry, my beef is with Petco. Told me BD's could be housed together, told me to get the calci-sand and a starter kit....that was worthless. Told me to feed 5 crickets a day.....losers. We did go to our petsmart afterward for supplies.....they said it was ok to put a water fountain in the viv...

she likes the sqush...I got some critical care from beautiful dragons, it came with syringes for feeding. It did not say exactly how you are supposed to get them to open their mouth, especially when they are being stubborn. I am hoping the vet can school me a little tomorrow :oops:

Hi Everyone, Dylila has her first vet visit this Wednesday. She is my first BD, my first reptile as well. I am an over protective parent to begin with, and I just don't like the way she is acting. I got her on the 4th of June, we bought 2 at once.....stupid pet store said they could live...
