    Viv pics only thread

The outdoor enclosure was a throw together to see if she would like it. As of this moment she hasn't tried to climb the screens to get out, seeing as how it doesn't have a top we watch her. If she does get out she would still be on the porch so not too worried.

cypress mulch and no pest strips

Ok here is the question I was looking for a cheap bedding that looks good. I found cypress mulch at a local Lowes for a decent price and it looks good. Showcases my animals well. The issue i was worried about is mites, so i put the mulch in the enclosure and also put no pest strips in as well...

Corn Snakes are escape artists, so...

I built a cross-fire enclosure once for a friend of mine to house 2 cornsnakes in. Worked like a charm but had to put edging on the glass to close the gap between the 2 glass panels, the snakes tried to squeeze out through it... The next one we built was with doors instead of sliding glass.

The screen was hand sown to the pvc piping that makes up the 3rd side or what is used as the door. It has lasted this long without letting go. I used 10 pound test fishing line. anyone have a better way of doing this ? The screen isn't as tight as I would like it, thought of drilling some holes...

    outdoor enclosure

Was thinking of using a corner of my screened in porch for an outside enclosure ? I would only have to build one wall, the diagonal and put a door in it. The question I have is will regular household screening hold up ? I'm worried she might rub herself raw on chicken wire ? Thanks.....

Not sure of Morph or not?

Normal is fine she is a sweat heart , the most pronounced color she has is kinda a salmon on her front legs. Its so funny to see her go from dark and soaking up the sun to a pale salmon....It just amazes me how colorful she actually is. Thank you for your comments.

    New Bearded Dragon Enclosure

The fixture that the fluorescent bulb is in doesn't have a reflector . Its not one of the hood units mounted inside the enclosure ? Shouldn't cause any extra glare ? But thank you for the reply.

If they haven't been with a male, as far as i know mine hasn't. Will the eggs be viable ? I have heard about a Komodo Dragon in a zoo laying eggs but it was never with a male.
