When is a dragon considered a ripe age to start breeding for male and female. and when should you retire your dragon from breeding

Can anyone please inform me on the process of sending dragons by mail. Like the materials to use, what boxes and insulators and stuff. What mail services are good that include a tracking number and what not. Also I'm guessing i need to setup a pay pal account ill figure out how to use that.

My friend feeds his dragons feeder goldfish and minnows every now and then as snacks. can someone tell me if this is even normal lol. i've seen them eat it and they enjoy it, i guess? there like wiggling worms and they crunch too when they eat em. anyway whats the nutritional value of it.
