Its not a calcium sand. I buy it by the bag full from a reptile store here in town. They sell it in various colors. I just got thr brown cause they were out of the other colors this time. That could explain the sand maybe but why carpet??

OMG OMG!!! How can someone be so awful?? If a pet get's that bad, take it to a freaking vet! If anything, leave it at the vet and let them find someone to care for them. I am just glad that you ended up finding them and are taking good care of them. -Andrea
