As I watch him more, he seems to be exhaling hard, not inhaling. Does it make sense that he might be trying to throw up? Oh, and he's only shedding on the tip of his nose and one leg now. I doubt he's trying to shed. Especially since he's never done this before.

He's about 6 1/2 months old. He did just start to shed again. He actually started doing this when he was eating his crickets. First time I got them from a new company. I think he might be throwing up. He just did it again, but for longer, and then started chewing. He's still doing it though.

LOL. Most certainly. Gregory was growing at least 1/2 inch every week when he was that age, sometimes over an inch. :D Thanks for the compliments!

I got him from Tim (TheVirus on this forum). He has wonderful babies. I actually bought Gregory from him in person because he lives near me, but he does sell online. I believe Gregory is a Cindy Sandfire/Hypo Red x Cawley/HypoRed/OGG, but I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks for the reply. I got a 50 watt bulb which certainly seems to be doing a better job with top heat and heat gradients. I was hoping to have his cage done by the time I got him, but it's taking longer than I expected. I should, however be able to finish it on Sunday. Besides, for his size...

Hi. I just got my beardie on sunday. He is now 5 and a half weeks old, and seemingly quite healthy and happy. The first day I had him he ate 7 crickets (once moved to my house), the second he ate 4 and today I don't think he ate any. Is this normal? About how many crickets should he be eating...
