4 months old 105 on warm end of tank, 85 on cool end. usual feed is crickets with turnip greens, kale, and bok choy as staples. Using a reptisun 10.0 and basking lamp.

My beardie is eating veggies fine, but will not touch crickets anymore. Also will not eat mealworms anymore. Appetite for veggies seems good but has not had a BM in over a week!

Crickets at my local pet stores are ridiculously expensive (.11 ea) Is it safe to use crickets from bait shops? Around here these are all Armstrong gray crickets and sell for about .03 ea.

I found the problem. The light I had was a full spectrum light, not a basking light. Added a 150W basking lamp last night and temps are good. I am using a radioshack digital ir thermometer, seems to be pretty accurate. Getting temps on basking rock from 100 to 104 deg. Cool end of tank is...
