Tonight while candling my 4 week old eggs one of them just all of the sudden popped. There was a perfectly formed little baby in there. I just burst into tears when I saw him. PLEASE PLEASE, be careful when candling. I am not candling mine any more. I feel horrible.

inside the incubator? My husband made a homemade incubator to keep up with our Bonni's 3 clutches. At first he tried a ceramic heat emmitter for heat, but it was too hot. Now he has one of the night bulbs in there and the heat & humidity is doing pretty good. Is it ok to use this bulb in there?
