It depends on a range of things for the Megaray, like ventilation, room temp, draft, ext, distance from basking spot, basking spot color/material ext. But id say a 100 watt would be safe, and add another light next to it if needed,

Nathan, they look like pheonix worms if im not mistaken, 100% healthy and safe, just small. there a great staple, unlike mealworms as you were pointing out, (supermealworms and mealworms are not great, ok treats for adults, dangerous for babies, Superworms are ok staples for adults)...
