I feel like I’m stuck. He eats during his meals but it’s rarely anything. Same thing with crickets. I try to feed him 3 times a day and he only eats abt 5 bsfl every meal. I have to hand feed it to him too as he won’t even touch it if it’s not hand fed.

Update: the hornworms came today and he ate 3. Im gonna give him 3 twice week as a treat. He’s been eating better and put on 3 grams of weight. After I fed him and bathed him today I saw him sticking his tail up. Never seen him do it so not sure what it means. Any ideas?

I ordered some medium sized hornworms that look at isnt in the picture compared to the quarter. I just slowly sprayed him and saw him drunk which is good. I misted the tank and saw him glass surfing it too. Not sure if he was trying to drink the water off the tank or not

Thank you. I try to let it drip down on his how’s so he can lick it. I also must the tank 3x a day to get the humidity up to around 25 and for him to lick the water off. Do I need to go to a vet for a fecal test or can I buy one online?

Update: I decided to try not hand feeding him this time. He ate some bsfl but not many. I cleaned his tank and got his temperatures correct with the basking spot being 110-115 and the cool side around 75-80. This is what I gave him this morning and he has only ate 5-7~ bsfl. I see him glad...

I moved the hammock on both sides so now there’s a tiny basking spot that he can lay on if he wants abs most of the hammock is 6 inches under the uvb bulb. I also used a ceramic heat bulb on the other side as the “cool” side is 68 degrees which was way too cold.
