If I absolutely did need grout for tiles, would any kind work and would I need to seal it like you do when you make formations out of styrofoam?

Hello again, I've decided I would like to have the lights inside the enclosure, as opposed to sitting atop it, but I have a couple questions. First, what kind of sockets do I need to look for?
