Hey there, can someone tell me if the reptisun tube uvb bulbs require changing before they actually burn out? I read somewhere that you should change them every 6 months but someone else told me to just change it when it goes dark. Any insight will be helpful. Thanks! Ash

Hey! Thank you for the reply :) It is a T8 18” uvb bulb. I would say the bulb is about 8 inches from the basking site and it is sitting on top of the metal grate as you can see in the picture. The temperature reading in the basking area at the time of the photograph is 101.5F and it ranges...
