Let meclearify. I have the eggs in vermiculite in a clear plastic container with a lid all inside the incubator. So the eggs are actually just touching the plastic container tops.

Yes its a Hovabator and it said to put the lid on but I would rather have it off if its ok to do that.. Hope someone could let me know.. Brian

You know, I thought youd say that so I did put the dented ones in a separate container nice and gently. I read that the incubator should be at 84 so I got it there but what should humidity be? Its around 69% right now.
