This has been happening for too long and it's unhealthy. He won't eat his roaches and will only eat crickets, so when we don't have crickets he won't eat anything. Hello. Sorry for the late response but yes, his basking surface does reach over 100 degrees. The area itself does not reach up to those temperatures. He poops regularly so I assume he's able to digest. Also an update: I'm able to trick him into eating roaches by holding a cricket over a roach...

Update: He ate crickets today. It's good news but now I'm wondering if he'll eat the roaches ever again, will have to try today.

He's still hiding after I took out his blanket from the hide. And he's hiding under the ramp. I believe it's not healthy for him.

Thanks AHBD, and everyday for feeding I let him hunt the roaches on the floor in a tray and let him roam for a bit. It can be possible that he's inbred since he's got 3 morphs in one and was expensive lol. I believe he is hydrated by pinching his skin and how there is extra water in his poop...
