Poncho sleeps like that all the time, for whatever reason its comfortable to them lol! Sometimes he will even do it with both. I hope its just that he's being a silly boy but the palm up resting thing is nothing to worry about!

You can also put the crickets in the freezer for a minute before you give them to her. That will slow them down. She looks like she's healing up nicely. She's beautiful. Did the vet take an xray to see if it damaged the actual eyeball?

I kiss Poncho everyday, more times than you can count. If I didn't kiss him he would be so upset. He gets kisses everywhere, he turns his head around this way and that way to make me kiss different spots. Lol. I have an incredibly weak immune system but not once have I gotten sick from kissing...

The Zilla Reptiglos have been known to cause a lot of health problems including eye damage. I recommend turning it off all together and just using the heat bulb for now until you can get a ZooMed ReptiSUN 10.0 tube light. No uvb for a couple days is a lot better than bad light. Petmoutain.com...

I'm sorry to hear your little one is going through this. What kind of uvb light are you using? Brand? Tube/coil? How old is it? How far away from your dragon is it? A lot of times the wrong light causes problems exactly like what you are describing but once its corrected they turn right back...
