I did clean the tank out, could that have killed them? I keep the bin in the garage. I didnt check the temps in the bin. I use water crystals. Same food as I have been using..

I would wait tell the end of summer my last order died from the heat during shipping ...

I did not change anything but the temps have been 110+ for about a week.

My roaches are all dieing from the Heat. I guess I'll restart my colony in the fall and set up air conditioning for next summer..../cry

I handle mine everyday. for food and bath time. I dont play with them much as I dont think they like it. I think a BD needs some handling so they dont bite.

Fred hates to pop in his Viv so he holds it. So before I hold him he gets a bath ASAP or yes I well get pooped on. :wink:

yeah your looking at $60 to replace 3 18" or $20 for one 36" every 6 months thats if you buy online in the store its about $40 a tube thats $120 to replace the tubes if your in a pinch and cant get them online. I thinks thats bullcrap they wont install a bigger fixture to save you their...

why 3 18" tubes . In my 48" I use 1 36" much cheaper then buying 2-3 18" tubes. My guy can always go into his cave or hid under his logs if he wants to get away from the UVB but he almost never does...
