i wasn't getting many numbers at all... then i just stopped getting babies all together. I have to say thanks guys. your all amazing lol. 2 days after cleaning them out and feeding off the extra males...... i had babiesss. about 30 of them. thank you so much everyone i really appreciate it!

my colony is only a few months old... maybe 4 months it hits 95 max temp... its usually 90 on the dot. I disturb them maybe twice a week to replenish their food is that too much?

ok so i went into the tub and separated them all. it came to about a 1:1 ratio of males to female and i lowered that to a 3:1 and my dragons have never been happyer... ill post videos later lol. so now my count is 45 females.(weird it came to a number divisible by 3) and 15 males. and a butt...

no idea... ive had the colony for a few months now. maybe tomorrow ill take em all over and see how many boys i have. it might be a gooooood day for my dragons lol

Hey guys I’ve had my dubia for a while now and they have been breeding but it all just seemed to come to a screeching halt. The temp is usually 90-95 at all times. if it’s too hot will they not breed?

My beardie tends to explore for a little then find the hottest spot in the room... which happens to be in the back of my computer. He’ll climb the cables and get to the power supply that reaches about 110 degrees. Needless to say I blocked that off lol

i think the cork would look so much neater and probably increace the totaly surface area right?

Hey everyone!, I was wandering around the internet as I do and I came across some people who had made roach motels out of cork. They were sheets that were bolted together. My question is... which is better? The egg flats are working great but if the motel is better then that gives me an excuse...

@ beardiebandit thanks for the advice... I finally bought a digital temperature gauge with a probe and ran it down the center and the middle was only reading 81.2F its not getting hot enough :? Maybe I wired the heat tape wrong?

ive havnt had a problem with my guys yet... but from what i hurd a top will help keep moisture in and keep it dark while giving you some peace of mind lol. the only thing is my tote has ridges on the inside and they have no problem walking across the tiny ridges no matter how smooth they are.
