I know how you feel Trinity. I pre-purchased a high end morph before it was hatched. I had her for almost a month and she died. I noticed that she quit eating and less than a week later she was gone. I did think mine was small for her age when I got her. She lived to be right around 3 months old...

I took Arwyn to the petstore with me and she freaked out on the way there. I had to pull over and put her in a box that I had. She stayed in a bad mood until later that night when it was snuggle time and then she calmed down and had happy colors.

I agree that it may affect temps but I have to say it looks great. I would just use a lighter color tile on the floor that way the floor doesn't get to hot

Yeah I have a reptisun 10.0 and one of the flood lamps from the pet store for basking, I just want to make sure my girl doesn't get to much of a good thing

Can someone give me an example of a mvb bulb? I am not sure what kind of bulb I have for basking, it came with a starter kit with my beardie (I didn't know much then compared to now)

I think the natural oil in cedar is toxic to beardies. I have ordered a few parts and I stopped by a local flooring store and they gave me a huge stack of tiles that was out dated samples - major score there

Arwyn seems to eat the dusted crickets better than the undusted ones. When I drop in the dusted ones she goes crazy over them but when I put nondusted ones in it takes her a few minutes to decide if she wants to go eat them.

I was wondering if a beardie has clear nails but you can still see a black dot (like the blood vessel) in the nail does that still make them a Hypo? I got my baby girl from the local pet store and she has very clear nails with the exception of a small dot on some of them.

I went to get crix from my local store yesterday and noticed some of the babies they had were blue. Has anyone ever heard of this. I have heard of the purple dragon but not blue. These had a pretty blue all down their back and down their tail.
