I'm no expert but he sounds really sick. You've made a number of mistakes in his routine care. I'd start with a trip to the vet if I were you.

Typically, they should have 12-14 hours a day with their lights on. I'm not sure if you can play "catch up"by leaving them on longer. He still needs proper rest.

So are you using vitamins at all? Is the UVB bulb a coil one? It might be a combination of UVB and vitamin needs. They need calcium and a multivitamin.

My baby acted the same way when he was shedding. I was certain he was dying but it turned out that he is just a turd when he sheds. But switch to a tube uvb if you can. I noticed a difference in my baby when I switched.
