Alright, hes pretty much calm now, it definitely was black before but he does have dark color on his beard naturally I will put up a picture if he does this again, thanks for your answer

So I know its associated with them shedding, I am just wondering about how many times should he do it? First time owning a beardie so i'm not exactly sure, should i try giving him a bath or something?

So I recently got a bearded dragon, and i got it with a kit but apparently the lights that come with it are completely bad for him. I was just wondering if anyone could point me to what lights are the best for him? Would really appreciate it.
