hi, no they havant done anymore bloodwork, but the vet vet was so pleased with him yesterday. he said to just keep an eye on him and see how he goes but he has eaten some mealworms this morning, the vet also thinks the reason his potasium got so low was because he had parasites a few months ago...

good news today yoshi had a checkup at the vet, he has gained 20 grams in 4 days since he has been back home he is eaten each day so im over the moon :D

im very happy to have him home, he has been eating they had to force feed him to start but he has eaten 2 days in a row on his own now, so its great news. he seems very alert and bright, but i guess it will take a few days to get fully over his treatment

well.... good news today, yoshi is home after his treatment just have to wait and see how he gets on now, his potasium level is back up and they are pleased with him :D

yes he is still at vets, has been since tuesday his potassium level is up, but as he wont eat anything they wont let him home, but he seems fine in him self really bright and alert

will ask about the banana when see the vet tomorow

hello everyone, just got back from vet, yoshi, seems pretty much the same, although he has poohed 4 times this week, and lost a bit of weight, the vet took some blood today, will find out tuesday what results are. :cry:

hi, ive ordered some reptile carpet, the shop near me doesnt stock it. he poohed again today in the bath so that is a good sign he is pooing more x

hi, ok the vet didnt actually do a blood test, he is just guessing it is an underactive thyroid due to the fact he is gaining weight without eating...this sounds really bad of him now. the uv bulb i use is a reptisun 10 it is 48'' long and he can get within about 6 inches of it the tank itself...
