When I first got my dragon I used a powersun, but switched to a Solarglo. I haven't been too happy with it so I'm thinking of either switching back to the Powersun or trying the Megaray.

I've noticed people either love my dragon, or absolutely hates him. Some people coo and squeal over him, another lady told how 'wrong' he was. One guy almost crashed his car staring at him while I was walking down the street :lol:

Hi I let my dragon free roam a lot of the time because he hates to be in his viv. I want to set up a hot spot by the window where he likes to sit and look out, but I have no idea how. If possible, I'd like to use a MVB to be sure he gets his uvb. Once I tried using a desk lamp with 60 watt...

Today I moved Hermione out of her 10 gallon and into a 20 L. I also ordered her a tank stand. It's good to be able to get her out of her tiny cage and into something really nice. Now, if only I could afford that 75 for Philip.

Philip jumped out of hand today and landed on the counter top. When he hit, the outer covering of one his nails popped off, leaving him with just the center intact. At first he was shaking his hand because it obviously hurt, but now, he's getting around just fine. I'm a little freaked out...

I have the packing tape, but the gap between the crate and the tape was only an inch. That must have been the problem.

They were somehow squeezing out from under it.

It must be a spring thing. He's been going crazy. He gets angry randomly and he keeps wanting to explore a room he's never been in before and will scratch at it until I distract him. There are no reptiles in there so I have no idea why he needs to venture in there so badly. I guess the rest...

Someone was a really cranky guy today. For the last two weeks Philip has been acting crazy. I can't keep him in his viv, and he suddenly gets mad at nothing.

I just smeared Vaseline along the top half with the egg crates. I hope that's enough. I didn't want to do the whole thing because when I clean the bin I need a spot to pour the poo out.
