What is the optimum UVB output I should be getting out of my ReptiSun 10.0 using the Solarmeter 6.2?

Anyone have one of these? I just got mine and it's really easy to use but it did not come with a manual. So, for anyone knowledgeable, what is the ultimate UVB reading I should be looking for for my Dragon. I use a ReptiSun 10.0 (10% UVB) 36 inch, 30 Watt T8 Bulb.
