Actually I just realized it was a millipede.

My dragon ate a centipede! I didn't feed it to him, it just fell in his tank and he ate it before I could stop him. I'm not sure the species, I live in NJ, it's small and they are all over this year. Is this dangerous????

Does anyone else's dragon love to climb up their hair and sit on top of their head? Just curious. :lol:

I have had good luck with Super worms (look like giant mealies but they aren't!) with my adult dragon, just make sure your dragon is large enough. I think some Petcos sell Pheonix or Cali-worms too. I have heard good things about them, but I haven't used them as no one near me stocks them.

Well I just got an order of the blue horn worms he loves so much and some butter worms too (never tried them before!) He usually gets crickets & superworms so it's a special treat for him. I plan on going to the craft store & getting fabric to make him a pillow & blankie too.

I do it alll the time when the weather is nice.The natural sun and fresh air is good for him. My dragon loves to eat the clover on the lawn but be sure the grass Isn't treated with chemicals. Just don't expect him to actually "heel" and walk like a dog down the street, the leash is just a tether...
