I am using a halogen floodlight as my basking bulb. The heat is where it needs to be, I just worry about damaging my little guy's eyes. Is there a limit to how many lumens can be emitted from a bulb before it starting hurting the dragon's eyes?

I've already tried that lol. I'm going to try something I found not too long ago. Someone said something about putting a little sealed bag of rice in there. Apparently it worked well for him and the bearded dragon loved having a little chair.

The humidity levels (that the dehumidifier claims) is usually around 60-65%. I can't buy another dehumidifier either. And I live in Oklahoma City, OK. It's hot and a little humid some days. I'm looking into re-sealing out attic in a month or two.

I guess I should explain the situation better so you don't think I'm just blindly letting them run around. My wife and I were both handling each beardie (away from each other on opposite ends of the living room, both were on a temporary rigged harness I made out of paracord; one dragon is hers...

They're not housed together and their tanks are positioned to where they can't see each other. I just had them out yesterday to walk around and they began waving.

I understand that the waving motion could indicate submission. But what if two dragons (one male, one female, both juveniles) wave to each other? Are they both submitting to each other?
