I tried to carve a bearded dragon’s head on a pumpkin. I think it turned out ok but I could not put much detail in pumpkin and Ember has a lot of detail.
She was not happy because I woke her up for the photo. Up in the corner you can see what it looks like when lit from within.
Here is a close...
I am just wondering would this photo have been too out of focus for the calendar. I already submitted two other good ones. I just thought this one would have been funny.
Something interesting my vet posted on facebook. There is evidence that reptiles can learn through imitation. They used bearded dragons to see if they are capable of imitating another bearded dragon to get a reward...
Ember Rose just turned 2 on 8/25/14 and I gave her some hornworms.
Here is a video of her eating them.
My baby veiled chameleon I got on 8/24/14
It is so little
it has some nice patterns.
I am going to bring Ember Rose to the Charlotte Repticon. She will almost be 2 years old because she hatched on 8/25/12.
Here she is trying to lick the camera.
Here she is outside looking very proud of herself.
Ember is sleeping comfortably in her cave.
Whenever Ember has her arms back like this I just have to rub her little palms.
She is a good looking dragon.
The photo with Honey on her back reminds me of someone in a therapy session talking to a shrink about all of their problems.
Once she gets bigger you might want to keep an eye on the blanket in her hide. Because my dragon started digging to get comfortable for bed...
Here is a video I made of Ember Rose. We were outside for half an hour and I cut the video down to about 30 seconds.

She is probably tired of me taking so many photos of her.
She is posing with her scorpion tail.
I love catching photos of her licking.
