I saw this morning that my Beardie has a bloody lip. I think it was one of the superworms. I cleaned it with water. Is there anything else I should do?

But should I be concerned that he hasn't been pooping - he doesn't seem to have lost any weight - he's a little over a year old

Help. Idk if I should be concerned or not. My cage has not changed temp. My Beardie has been eating if I take him out of his cave and he will have a small bite (superworms, collard greens, etc) but not a lot. I have bathed him and rubbed his tummy. I have let him out and let him run around. But...
