You can feed him crickets, silkworms, phoenix worms the occasional wax worm (high in fat, only a few a week or so) and veges around that size, I may be missing some stuff. Til they are a little older they may not eat many veges but it's still a good idea to put some in the cage in the morning...

Go set up an account with photobucket, it's free and easy. After that when you upload a picture to the site, theres 3 options under the pic, URL, IMG and TAG. Copy and paste the IMG box into the post, should appear as this when typing out your post, Then post and done.

I use repticarpet atm, works nicely. If I remember correctly Pine and Cedar bark can be toxic with the way it's treated, I'm not positive, but I know that there IS bark substrate that can be sold which is bad for em, maybe someone else can verify that it's Pine and Cedar or what they actually are.
