    Steve's New Heat Pad

I didn't know they couldn't feel heat through their stomachs. Good to know. I always check it anyway to make sure it's not too hot for him. Usually I put it under blankets so that he isn't lying directly on it.

I take my beardie on car trips all of the time. At first I used those hand warmer type heat packs to keep him warm but now I use an electric heat pad. I bought an ac adapter that plugs in to the cigarette lighter. I put him in a Rubbermaid tub that we put a screen on the top so when we get to...

    Thinking of rescueing a beardie

    Zoey's Tales and Pics

I use a pet carrier used for small animals such as guinea pigs, etc that you can get fairly cheap at any pet store. My beardie was just full of parasites so it's best if you get her checked out ASAP. You don't want to possibly shorten the lifespan of your little one.

I love hearing all of your stories!! So far my beardie Steve is very laid back and loves to meet new people and doesn't mind car rides. We took him on vacation with us to Florida and for the most part he rode on the dash. He loved it! I haven't taked him to any stores. I'm not sure how much I...

Just wondering how many people take their beardies out for a ride in the car, to visit friends, etc. If I could I would take mine every where with me! LOL!

    7 Month old not eating

After reading this I feel so much better about my little guy. He is around 7-8 months old (had him since he was around 2 months old) and had to go a round of antibiotics and panacur in May and that really messed with his poor little belly and then he had to go another round of antibiotics again...
