Update. He had a very normal bm yesterday, normal colour, urate... that day was a panic for the animals in my house, thought I was going to need 2 vet visits, one for one of my cats and one for beardie! I'm glad they're both doing perfectly fine!

Whoooa it's been a crazy time here! We ended up with some freak snow here in Vancouver, dashed my dreams of spring on the way. We also had some new bylaws in place in my town that now prohibit reptiles that can grow larger than 2 feet, tarantulas, large birds, and AND saltwater fish :shock...

Yeah I ended up picking up a new bulb within hours of the old basking bulb burning out, so he didn't seem too fazed. He's starting to shed for the 2nd or third time since I've gotten him, and I'm glad he's finally shedding well, means he's actually growing. Lucked out at grandmas again this...

Well, you get what you pay for in light bulbs for sure. I got one of the store brand basking uva bulbs from the store and after bringing it home I saw reviews were terrible. They all said it burnt out in two weeks, and mine just burnt out this morning :( . At least I got about a months use...

Keep in mind that breeding can take a lot of time, money and resources. Not exactly a "hobby" I would recommend at the age of 15.

Well I had a friend hunt down some collard greens.... a good hour from my house :( but I'm going to make he trip, and try to see if there are good ways of keeping them longer so I can buy in more of a bulk rather than a few day supply as I normally do

If you can't find the collard or mustard greens, try to find some cabbage, green beans, kale (in small amounts). You can even go outside and pick some dandelion greens if you live somewhere that doesn't have snow right now, just rinse them off really well. Carrots are good, but you don't want...
