How do I get it hotter?

It's only getting to 85-90 on the hot side and 70 on the cool side. Those are from both stick on an digital. It's a zilla UVB light. The substrate is one of those pad things. They have both been 5 inches when I get them.

It is a 20 gallon tank and he is 5 inches from the bulb. The bulb was only 50 watts i just put a 60 watt one in though. It is a "zilla" UV light.

If the probe is still reading around 90, should I buy a higher watt bulb?
