She has a reptisun 10.0 tube that is about 4 months old but I think the main problem is that she was recently moved into a Zilla 40 gallon and the scrren top is much denser than her old one and the distance between her and her light has become greater. I moved...

The eye damage is probaly caused by the coil light. You should remove it right away. The coil lights have even been known to kill baby beardies. improper uvb will also play a mayjor role in the fact that your bd is undersized. You need to get a reptisun 10.0 flouresent tube like said before...

Are you reading the temo in the incubator with those dial themometers, if so your tamos could be off by alot. You need to get a themometer with a probe on the end or even better a temp gun if you have the money. You can get a Accurite from walmart for 12$. It also has a Hydrometer built in.

Where are the grasshoppers coming from? If they are wild caught stop feeding them, WC feeders can have pesticides or other toxins in their system that can harm your BD. You could try wax worms to try to get him a little nutrition, but just a few as they are very fatty. There are other feeder...

What kind of themometer inside the tank? If it is a stick one or one with a dial it is probally giving you inaccurite readings. your temps may be too low and causing digestion problems causing it not to eat. You will need to give it proper uvb also, I cant remember what you said you had but...
