the exact same thing keeps happening to me! everywhere else will accept my card... but it keeps saying error everytime i go to pay. frustrating :(

yeah, i dont know. i would really like to have a mega ray, but im just not going to work with people who have bad customer service.

i ended up getting a powersun (the one from zoo med) so not bad.... but expensive. its pretty cold here in new mexico, i thought about taking her outside, but it has just been cold.

yeah, they've only recently stated they were on backorder. but we called. and its not that they didnt have anything to send me, they completly forgot about my order. my mom goes, "have you guys even sent it?" and the ladys like "no...." all quietly and mumbling. like she was embarrassed...

yeah, i noticed that too. but at the time i ordered it, the website did not state a backorder. if after i ordered it, the item got backordered, they should have contacted me or something.... but they didnt.

Anyone ever had trouble with shipping from them? its been over a week, and still nothing. no tracking number, nothing. im a bit worried, because my previous mvb went out, so thats when i ordered a mega ray. The climate here is too cold to take my beardie outside, so shes been going a week...

one time, i was laying on my bed with my beardie and i had my face like right next to his. and he licked my cheek. it was the cutest thing of my life. :D
