Does anyone know what is going on with my bearded dragons scales?????

Looks like shedding to me. The duller ones are the old skin ready to shed (do not pick them off...let it come off naturally). The brighter color scales are the nice fresh skin!

I thought so because he is also shedding his arms! I haven’t been picking them thankfukly
