My dragon is probably about 6-7 months old. Until about a month ago I was feeding twice daily. She would eat at least 50 Dubias in morning and up to 100 bsfl in evening. I read to start doing only once daily to every other day after 6 months, and she eats 70-80 Roaches, so I stop her there since that is 10 minutes if feeding. She gets daily salad. This is my first dragon. Is this a good plan- every other day and stop after 10 minutes? Her stomach just Hangs down so the last thing I want is an obese dragon where she’ll have other health issues.

Thanks!!

Those are way to small - how old is the dragon if he is close to adult he should be eating roaches- large size - thats why hes eating so many -- go to www.dubiaroaches.com they have a size chart there - order the size that is no bigger than the space between his eyes length wise --- are you feeding any worms?

Ok! I’ll start ordering large size instead! I order from dubiaroaches.com already
What should feeding schedule be? She’s 6-7 months. Should I still do every other day and feed as many as she eats in 10 minutes? I also put bsfl in a bowl for her

She needs to be eating salads as well-- are you feeding salads? If not start now-- take your bsfl use them as lures to the bowl-- feed first thing in the morning-- the bigger roach will fill her up and she will eat less of them plus w/ the salads and I would add some worms to her diet as well-- you can get some nice horn worms from dubiaroaches - order medium and small amounts they grow really fast- I can post some websites tomorrow for you along w/ a nutrition website as well

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
Taking my beardie for a walk
