My beardie is still biting and hissing when I try to hold him. I have had him for a little over a month and he is still a baby I have tried to just go ahead and hold him but again he still bites when I open his cage. can anyone please give me some insight I am wanting him to trust me.

Time and patience --- Blaze ran and hissed and bit for months after we got him -- just keep working w/ him -- have you tried hand feeding him worms or BSFL ? Have you put a piece of clothing or a fleece blanket in the tank w/ your smell on it -- he needs to learn to trust you -- approach from the side not over head he will think your a predator -- they have a 3rd eye on top of their heads for predators -- get your hands in the tank as much as possible so he gets used to you --

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
Taking my beardie for a walk
