I actually have 2 questions but this is mainly about water. Merlin is 1 and has started to just stop drinking water... I should say he won't drink unless I mist him outside of the tank. I have a large water dish in a corner and spray most days however, he will not drink from the dish unless I put him there and he runs away when I mist him in his tank. I have been really busy with school recently and have not been able to take him out much. In his tank, he is very lazy and mostly sits all day unless he eats. He poops regularly and seems pretty healthy otherwise. I am just wondering if there is a change I should make, or if something is wrong. so concisely the questions are: what should I do for the water? and does he look healthy in the pictures/ are there any changes I should make to his life? Will put basic info below along with some pics.
- 1 year old
- In a 6-foot long abt 2-feet wide
- take him out of the tank at least 2 days a week (In highschool so can be busy sometimes)
- Gets greens every day (Kale, collards, and turnip) with varieties of fruit, and dried pellets mixed in
- Also get live dubias or crickets, and when I'm away there is an automatic feeder that feeds pellet food (which he actually doesn't hate)
- 2 100w ches, a 15w T8 on the inside, and another lower power UVB on the outside (mostly for light), 1 50-75w halogen light bulb for basking.
-Clean tank, and water dish when needed
Excuse the messy tank haven't got to clean it yet
