When to offer insects 2x a day?

Hey guys! Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving! Gobi is about 5 months old now I’m guessing. I’ve been offering roaches 3x a day and wondering when do I start offering them 2x a day? He has salad in his cage all day and does a good job eating it. He weighs 141grams and is about 13.5 inches long. He loves roaches and hornworms.

Whenever you want

I basically never feed 3x a day, and I only feed my youngin's and juvies 2x a day for a bit. They aren't set in stones rules, I wouldn't even say they are rules at all.

The difference will probably just be that he eats 2 larger meals as opposed to 3 smaller meals a day. I imagine his actually bug intake will stay relatively the same. Great that he is eating his salads!
