Blue/Grey Jaw/Beard

My bearded dragon is roughly 4 months old and out of nowhere, his beard has turned blue/grey. Not black like when he is stressed. He is also lethargic and doesn't want food. Unfortunately, I can't afford a vet. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong? He's a standard morph from Petco.
