Why won't my tank reach ideal temp?

Postby Dakota3676 » Wed Oct 21, 2020 10:16 am

Hello everyone. I made an account because I wanted to post about my bearded. He is approximately 6 months old and healthy. But, his tank is only reaching about 85 degrees. I have a 40 gallon tank with one uvb light and 2 uva lights. The two basking lights are 100 watts each. This seems like more than enough for proper temperature yet it isn't. Does anyone have suggestions?

Hi there,

What are you using to measure your temps?

Can you post a picture of your setup??
