Hi there, that's a part of the mouth we don't often see but it doesn't look out of the ordinary. What type of lights do you have + how old is the uvb ? There may be some other reason for his lack of appetite. Is his weight good ? Can you post a full body pic of him and one of his tank ?
Uvb, 10% i think? Its exo terra, i hve an 100watt heat bulb that keeps hot side around 110 and cool side around 80 (freddie does regularly thermo regulate) and he is basking the uvb is only about 2-3 months old here are the pics

the 10% UVB is a linear tube from the looks of the glow caste. Is it a t8 (1" diam) or a t5ho (5/8" diam) tube ?
in a reflector hood ?
appears to be above the (mesh ?) lid . I'd move it under , this will result in an instant increase in UVA ( effects appetite ) and UVB of more than 200%.
How far from the basking spot to the UVB tube ? (vertical distance).
How old is the UVB tube ? if it's over 6 months old , I'd replace it. Irrespective , if you know off someone who has a Solarmeter , I'd have the tube output checked as there are some dodgey 10% tubes around ( Zoo Med brand that have poor phosphors and decay too fast).
(Consider going to an arcadia 12% or 14% tube - these are much better UVB sources than anything else available).
Diet and feeding schedule . Outline.
I'd be considering handfeeding (crickets, roaches, BSFL all lend themselves to handfeeding very easily , softer insects are more problematic).
Consider getting some HERPABOOST or Oxbow predator critical care to help get the dragon's metabolism going again (given daily orally in measured doses according the dragon's body weight).
If it's not been eating much for so long, ramp up slowly with protein , else you risk overloading it's renal system that is likely compromised at the moment.... vet advise is advisable here .
age of the dragon ? (looks like a juvenile ( under 9 months old ?? ), so it's very important it get's insect protein and calcium DAILY , at least one good meal per day , else it wont grow and it'll likely develop MBD ).
have you been keeping an eye on it's bodyweight ? can you show the records for over the last 3 months.
