Help - something hanging out of cloaca

There is something hanging out of my beardies cloaca, and it looks weird. Can somebody tell me what it might be? It seems to be connected to an organ or to tissue. Adding a photo is difficult and costs money, can I send a picture to someone who can help me?

If it doesn't retract, you need to take the dragon to a reptile vet PRONTO.

Put some honey on it until you can get him to a vet, the sugar can help reduce swelling and allow it to retract.

As suggested, raw unpasteurized honey is very good for prolapses, as well as soaking him
in cool sugar water baths, to reduce swelling.

Thank you for your replies! I went to the vet and she thought that his hemipenis what hanging there. My lizard kept on pushing them outside. They looked dry and she decided to bind a little thread around it so that this part would die. One part fell off. And she thought my beardie wouldn't use it anymore (he is 15 years old),

She calmed him with some medicine and looked at what is was. Turns out it was a lot of sperm that was stuck to his hemipenis! She and another reptile expert had never seen it...
She cleaned it and now he is fine.

I am now wondering how this could happen. The vet thought he might have been horny because of e.g. a female dragon, but I don't have another female dragon. Just a dragon in another cage in the same room that he can't see (I blocked the view). He does not bob his head and looks calm so I think the chance is small that the sperm happened because of the other dragon. (Or he is gay? lol) I simply dont know…

Ahhhhh, a sperm plug ! I wish we would have seen pics, we could have told you right away what it was and how to deal with it. Glad to hear that this scaly old man is doing well ! You must be taking great care of him. Would you mind posting pics of him + your care [ diet, lights, etc ] ?

I thought that there must be specialists here who know what it is. Hope next time I can upload a photo. Although in the Netherlands I have to seem to pay 5 euro per month to put photos here. And my laptop cannot upload picture with the User Image Uploader. That sucks -.-
