Hi there. My beardie is about a year old now, and has a pretty voracious appetite for bugs. That said, I've been having trouble getting him to eat his veggies. I add fresh greens (mustard, dandelion, collard) every few days, but he refuses to eat them until they've dried up and turned crunchy. I'm worried he's not getting enough water, especially since he hates baths and refuses to drink more than a few drops when I put water on his nose. Has anyone else experienced this?

Just pinch part of his skin. If it stays up for a few seconds instead of going back in place he's dehydrated. If he's not, I guess it'd be fine if he likes them that way.

i found putting flowing water infront of my beardie is a great way to get her to drink, especially if there is lots of light refracting off it. dosent need to be a bath, could simply be a trough or channel flowing from a facet. i used a flash light over the water to make it shimmer more and that nearly always got her to poke down and take a drink

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
