I believe silkworms are a much more nutritious worm than either superworms or hornworms,

and they are dead easy to raise and do not require much space at all to go from eggs to worms to moths to eggs again , I use a 4.5L tub to raise up to 200 silkworms in.
I'm currently feeding silkworms to two adult bluetongues and on adult bearded dragon, was two adult dragons only my boy was taken suddenly by an undetected organ failure (believed a birth defect).
I hatch a couple hundred eggs every 3-4 weeks and am raising my silkworms on fresh mulberry leaves.
Superworms are only suitable to use as treats , never more then 2 - 3 per session , once or twice per week.
My staple insects for my big skinks and dragons have been silkworms and gutloaded crickets for nearly 8 years now.
My water skink's staples are crickets and mealworms (all life stages).
Some lizards are not at all keen on the green stuff or the veg, no harm in handfeeding some of salad stuff to your pet lizard inbetween those yummy worms .... I am doing this with Peppa my big girl beardie who happens to be spoilt rotten (as all my pet skinks and dragons always are - I'm a really well trained lizards' slave and handfeeding helps develop a great bond).
