That really really helps! I think what I ended up getting was an 8 oz sprayer, so fairly small, but I think with all the info everyone has given I'll be able to figure it out

For an 8oz bottle at 1:250 conc of F10sc , 8oz = 236ml , you need 236*5/1000 = 1.2ml F10sc.

That's fine, everyone can choose what they want to use. I just wanted to point out that it is very toxic if used in the wrong way, so like other harmful chemicals there are warnings + precautions to be considered and I would definitely use a plain water rag or paper towel to rinse after. You can't be too careful with things like that. There are many products that have been found to cause cancer or other health problems many years after people have been exposed to them regularly.
