It sounds like a 2 edged sword,. If someone makes a mistake either in the dilution or in not rinsing properly it can be harmful. I'll stick to my red wine vinegar with or without soapy water.

That really really helps! I think what I ended up getting was an 8 oz sprayer, so fairly small, but I think with all the info everyone has given I'll be able to figure it out :)

Actually , it's safe see the spec sheet on the f10sc page.
No rinsing required , just wipe residue away with a dry clean piece of paper toweling .

For an 8oz bottle at 1:250 conc of F10sc , 8oz = 236ml , you need 236*5/1000 = 1.2ml F10sc.

That's fine, everyone can choose what they want to use. I just wanted to point out that it is very toxic if used in the wrong way, so like other harmful chemicals there are warnings + precautions to be considered and I would definitely use a plain water rag or paper towel to rinse after. You can't be too careful with things like that. There are many products that have been found to cause cancer or other health problems many years after people have been exposed to them regularly.

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
Taking my beardie for a walk
