Eats veggies but not greens?

I finally got bixbi to start taking veggies so far she'll eat squash and yellow bell pepper. Maybe some carrot at times at her own will?

But she refuses to eat collard greens, I tricked her once but she hasn't fallen for it.

Will she be ok not eating greens but other veggies? If I put a little vitamin powder on her crickets will she get enough nutrition?

That's a good start. Try offering some different greens and see if she prefers turnip greens or dandelion greens or bok choy to collards for example. It may take a while to get her used to a good salad depending on what her diet was before you got her so just be patient and try to offer as much variety as you can.
