I have a homemade soup in the fridge with onion, garlic, ginger, sweet potato, broccoli, collard greens, kale, cilantro, homemade bone broth, a touch of fresh squeezed lemon juice and some salt. The onion, garlic and ginger were sauteed in extra virgin olive oil and pastured lard.
I am running low on veggies right now so I'm thinking of drizzling a bit of the soup over her greens. Is there anything in this soup she should not eat? If you know why, could you please tell me so I can learn a bit more about her?
