Hey good people!
(My apologies if this isn't in the correct forum subject)
Curious to know if anyone else on here is from Edmonton, Alberta. I'd to ask anyone in the city if they know of any places around to get collard greens, mustard greens, or any other good veggie staples. As I've tried over 10-12 different grocery stores and all I can really find is kale, bok-choy, and raddichio. Which my dragon use to love, but lately he only eats a couple of leaf's every other day.
Also, if anyone knows of any good reptile vet specialists in the city.
Lastly, are there any stores that are good with reptile products besides Big-Als and the pet smart on Calgary Trail? They're okay, but I'm looking to see if there is anywhere with better products, more products, and more food options than over priced crickets. I use to order them by the 1000 but they came on a plane and half of them were always dead on arrival. The company Super Cricket was HORRIBLE with this. They would ask me for photos and wouldn't exactly do anything about it... So I stopped doing that even if it still saved me money. I was paying $55. It was still better than $9 for 25.... (actually usually 15 cause 10 or so were always dead). I've tried ordering certain canned proteins from ZooMed off amazon, such as canned super worms, canned caterpillars (no hair, white, non toxic) and canned crickets. Ogo doesn't seem to like eating things that are already dead.. He will, but I usually have to pretend to move them as if they were living :/
Any info would be great, and I hope that there are some Edmontonians on here!!!
